Community Hubs

Community Hubs are staffed by a team of Navigators specializing in family engagement, early literacy, and health that are focused on children, families, and individuals in the community across the lifespan.

Our Navigation team helps individuals including seniors and veterans, families, and caregivers gain access to needed resources, including informal community supports and formal services. Stop by or call your local Hub for more information or assistance.

GetSetUp - An online community for older adults (50+) who want to learn new skills. GetSetUp offers more than 40 live classes every day as well as 25 on weekends. Multiple classes offered including resume writing and interviewing.

VetNow - Offers tailored support for Veterans and their families from housing and health care to education, mental health, and more. Live navigators also help veterans transition to civilian employment and brush up on academic skills.
