El Dorado County Library is offering free digital library cards to all TK - 12th grade students within our county. With a Student Success Card students can access online library resources that will support their education. The California State Library is working with schools and libraries to help make sure every California student has a library card by the third grade and complies with California legislation SB 321 (Ashby) and updated SB 1329.
